Starting the Practice of Holding a Family Meeting

Description: Dads with kids in the house of any age, it can be easy to run our work-life with greater intention than our home-life. Holding a weekly family meeting is an incredible practice for increasing connection, shaping family culture, sharing vision, and calming chaos. In this group, we’ll start with the idea that doing something is better than nothing and we’ll build and iterate from there as each family is unique. We’ll celebrate, laugh and encourage each other through the wins and losses along the way, and in a month’s time we'll each have real momentum building a legacy-shaping family rhythm.
